Join us for The Resilience Advantage, a 4-week course introducing powerful heart-based tools to better regulate your energy, build and sustain resilience. We’ll share several easy-to-learn self-regulation practices to bring more ease and balance into your life.
Each class will meet via Zoom for 90 minutes, with an added weekly 20-minute tool practice call as a bonus.
Suggested love offering: $10 per session or $35 for the series.
