Thursday | March 4 – April 29 | 7 – 8:30 PM CT | via Zoom
This class is offered as part of the Stronger Together Equity Initiative at Unity Minneapolis.
Peace – are we doing it wrong? You are warmly invited to join us to discover the first step in creating peace in your life, neighborhood, city, country, and the world. Peace alone won’t solve our complex problems; however, those problems can’t begin to be solved without it.
What if, in our conflicts with others, there is something we want more than solutions? What if, individually and collectively, we systematically misunderstand the causes of our conflicts? And what if, therefore, we unwittingly perpetuate the very problems we think we are trying to solve?
This class is based on the book, “The Anatomy of Peace”, authored by the Arbinger Institute. It is simply one of the most practical approaches around for understanding how YOU can be an agent for peace. Through reading, journaling, and discussion, we’re going to take a journey together to understand our contribution to peace and conflict. Come, explore a new thought and a new order to finding peace.
The book is available on Apple Book, Bookshop.org, Amazon and the public library.
Suggested Love Offering: $10 per class or $75 for the 8-week series
Registration required. Zoom details will be provided to all registrants.
