Sunday, September 27 | 11 AM-12:30 PM CT | Via Zoom
Consciousness is a world view, an energetic force, a belief system that affects our thoughts, feelings, and actions. All pain, suffering and oppression (including racism, ageism, classism, ableism, sexism, heterosexism, religious bigotry, etc.) comes from Empire Consciousness. We will explore the causes and effects of Empire Consciousness. It is the belief that we are separate, shame-based, not enough, and must prove our worthiness by dominating, oppressing, and controlling others.
Marianne Williamson writes, “Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learned here. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts.”
We will examine Oneness Consciousness and its unique gifts. This workshop taps into the wisdom of Fr. Richard Rohr, Marianne Williamson, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Anne Wilson Schaef, and others. We will examine how we can move beyond the pain and suffering of Empire Consciousness and embrace our Oneness Consciousness.
Topics we will explore include:
- Overcoming the Trauma of Abandonment
- Scarcity vs. Abundance Beliefs
- Empire Consciousness and Racism
- Seeing the Divinity in the Diversity
- Growing into Maturity and Wholeness
- Empire Consciousness’ Process of Dehumanization
- Vulnerability and Shame and Being a Channel for Divine Love and Oneness Consciousness
After the presentation, there will be a Q & A time.
Pre-registration Required. Zoom link will be sent to registered participants.
