This gentle, flowing set of 19 meditative movements and one pose helps you to circulate and balance your inner energy (Chi). The movements are easy and enjoyable to learn and do, suitable for people of any age and phsyical condition. And the benefits of regular practice are many, including:

No special equipment or dress is needed to learn and do Tai Chi Chih, but comfortable clothing is recommended.
