This class will explore the coming together of thought streams that grew into what many now know of as the New Thought movement.
We will look at the origin and development of the ideas, beliefs and theories that characterize this movement and how these expressed in various religions. Together, we will also get to know some of the more notable New Thought writers and teachers.
Required reading material: “Spirits in Rebellion” by Charles S. Braden — available in the bookstore
