Improvisation — It’s Back!

Improvisation — It’s Back!

CANCELLED | Mondays | March 23-April 27 | 7-9 PM

“We crave self-expression, but we are fearful. We seek connection and community, but often isolate ourselves instead. Consider stepping out of your comfort zone and enjoy the brain boosting, spirit lifting, day-brightening fun of IMPROVISATION!

Through theatre games, ritual, insight and lots of laughter, we will build spontaneous stories together. You don’t have to be an actor to give your spirit a chance to engage socially and play with others! Experience the power of “YES, AND! Affirm your ideas and creative impulses.

Shake off the winter blues and come play! Findrefuge by working with others to create an intentional “judgment-free Play Zone.” With a “showing and sharing” on the final Monday, “Yes, you Can” conquer your nerves! The group has got your back!”

No prior experience (acting or otherwise) necessary.

Suggested love offering $20 per class or $90 for the series
