If you would like a stronger, more flexible body; more energy; more calm; less stress; and more joy and peace in your life, then this class is for you!!
Each class includes a short centering/meditation, followed by basic yoga poses with a focus on proper alignment and breath, and a deep relaxation at the end.
All levels are welcome as Linda can modify any pose and will adjust the class to meet the needs of each participant. Bring a mat/blanket and any other props you might like. Chairs are available and can easily be used if the floor doesn’t work for you
