WRITING INTO LIGHT: Metamorphosis from Darkness into Light
Monday February 6 – March 6 | 6:30 – 8:30 PM CT | via Zoom
Poet Albert Rios says:
We plant seeds in the ground / And dreams in the sky,
Hoping that, someday, the roots of one/ Will meet the upstretched limbs of the other.
Join us to explore the dance of light and dark and the essential gifts of each. Images, poetry, and prose will jumpstart our writing as we journey through what has disheartened us to what fuels our dreams. Each session begins with a mindfulness practice. You do not have to be a writer―we are bringing our inner guidance into focus. We journey together to transform from darkness to wholeness, peace, and joy, and from wounded hearts to the holy work of healing. Our class culminates in a Keepsake book with selections of our writings.
Cost: $125 for the series
