Third Monday of each month | 7 PM – 8 PM CT | Meditation Room
We will be present with each other and any grief you are
experiencing–loss of a loved one, a job, a house, a dream, or a
physical ability. We will use the container of ritual, inspiration from
wisdom teachings, sharing and silence, beginning with mindfulness and
ending with a somatic practice to ground ourselves. This is not a
typical support group but a way to feel supported through your journey.
You are also welcome to come and just be.
