Wednesday | April 15 – May 20 | 7PM CT| via Zoom
The 12 steps of AA are the foundation of 12 step recovery from addiction. At their core, the 12 steps are a deliberate and intentional spiritual program of action grounded in the spiritual practices of the contemplatives and mystics throughout the ages. Looking at our lives through the lens of surrender, acceptance, forgiveness, prayer, and service, we move ever deeper in our relationship with self, others, and God. The 12 steps are a simple, though not easy, spiritual program that can work for anyone. Our discussion will be based on the book, Breathing Under Water, by Fr. Richard Rohr.
