Dear Beloved Community,
I hold your collective faces of love in my heart and in my prayers. My desire is to connect with you often during this challenging time. And today I have a few things to share heart to heart.

Streaming Issues: I know that for the past three weeks some of you have experienced streaming challenges. This is an unprecedented time for the global Church and for online ministry. We, Unity Minneapolis, use WorshipStream as our provider for live streaming, and they too are experiencing challenges just to keep up with the demand. Our online attendance quadrupled with record numbers streaming with us, and Unity Minneapolis is no exception. That is the good news. The other news is that systems are overloaded, and some of you are experiencing problems in connecting.
We know that many people are able to connect and yet we want everyone to have a wonderful, satisfying streaming experience. Know that we are continuing to address this issue. In the meantime, if you are not able to connect via our website, try Facebook Live. Also, some people report a better connection using their smart phone. Please also know that we strive to make our services available for viewing in our archives by 11:15AM on Sunday morning. We are aware of issues and our livestream team continues to work with our provider to enhance your livestream experience.
Feasibility Study and Capital Campaign: Thanks to all that participated in our Dream Night, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews as we began our facilities feasibility study. Understandably, the study has been paused until further notice. I affirm that all is in Divine Order and our Board will resume in the right and perfect time. We’ll update you when the study continues.
Unity First Aid Kit: Check out our resources for connection and community in our Unity First Aid Kit.
Become a Consistent Giver: Our staff continues to work from home so that we may be in service to you. Now more than ever, we invite you to become a Consistent Giver to Unity Minneapolis. Your recurring gift can support your community and its mission even when you are not present. It is easy to setup and your support is vital to the financial health of Unity Minneapolis. Thank you in advance.
Friends, your board and I are committed to keeping you informed. We will continue the transparency we have always had. Remember, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome at Unity Minneapolis, even if it is virtually.
Love and Blessings,
Rev. Pat Williamson and Board and Staff
