No special equipment or dress is needed to learn and do Tai Chi Chih, but comfortable clothing is recommended.

Jeanne is an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor who has been practicing the form for many years. Originally attracted to it by the pure joy that radiated from her first teacher at Unity South Church in Bloomington, Jeanne quickly found it helpful in reducing stress and anxiety, and gaining clarity about challenging life circumstances. She went on from there to achieve her accreditation in 2001 with the desire to share this beneficial practice with all who want its many benefits.
Jeanne raised her children at Unity Minneapolis and sang in the Choir during the 90’s. After moving away for some time, she has recently retired from a professional teaching and consulting career and is now living closer by in White Bear Lake.
